What is Emy?
Emy is a wireless biofeedback based device connected to a fun mobile application. It allows you to train your pelvic floor through 32 intuitive mini-games based on medical protocols recognized and validated by experts in pelvic floor rehabilitation (PERFECT scheme). It is a device validated as a class I medical device. Emy is a medical innovation developed in France, effective and easy to use at home. The results are visible after 3 weeks of use.

Why use Emy?
Emy is a patented medical device incorporating innovative biofeedback technology. Thanks to the sensors present on the entire surface of the internal part of the device (360°), Emy allows a sensitive and precise measurement in real time of the voluntary contractions of various pelvic muscles. These movements are instantly translated into a visual signal on the smartphone application, making it possible to become aware of the voluntary contractions of the perineum. This technology allows for active contraction of the pelvic floor muscles and a time of rest according to the method "Perfect scheme", as recommended by midwives or physiotherapists.
Intelligent algorithms make it possible to propose adapted and personalized programs to
the users according to their progress. It will thus be more obvious to control the muscles
of the perineum and thus retain the small leaks (which occur during an effort or a cough).
How it works
To start a training session, simply turn on the Bluetooth on the smartphone, then turn on the device and insert it. A session is suggested according to the previously defined objectives and allows a work out of the entire pelvic floor thanks to strength, endurance, speed and repetition exercises. You just have to choose your game universe and follow the instructions of contraction and release appearing on the screen. It's possible to track personal progress over time and choose reminders so you don't forget your sessions.
Its Bluetooth Low Energy antenna (wireless technology) allows the user to move freely during the sessions. Once the session is over, the device can be cleaned simply with water and soap and stored in its case. This case also serves as a rechargeable battery for the device, a very important feature for eco- conscious long term users. Indeed, the pelvic floor like all other sets of muscles must be actively exercised and maintained throughout life.
